= Prepare Cucumber

Wash and grate @cucumber{60%g} using the coarse side of a #box grater{}.

Wrap the grated cucumber in a #clean kitchen towel{} or cheesecloth and firmly squeeze out as much excess moisture as possible over the sink.

= Mix & Emulsify

In a #small mixing bowl{}, combine @Greek yogurt{125%g}, the squeezed grated cucumber, finely grated @garlic{1%clove}, @fresh lemon juice{1%tsp}, and @extra virgin olive oil{1/2%tbsp}.

Add finely chopped @fresh dill{1%tbsp}.

= Season & Chill

Stir everything together with a spoon until creamy and evenly combined.

Season to taste with @salt{1/4%tsp} and a pinch of freshly ground @black pepper{1%pinch}.

Cover and refrigerate for at least ~chill{30%minutes} before serving to allow the garlic and herb flavors to meld and deepen.

Serve cold with pita bread, vegetable sticks, or alongside grilled meats.
